Woke up well, got started quickly and easily. The ride felt easy and under control, even the uphill segments. Overall very enjoyable and refreshing, especially on Clipper Mill Road!
Woke up easily, got started easily. The uphill segments were a bit more exhausting than usual, but still felt strong enough. Most of the ride felt easy, enjoyable and refreshing, especially with the cool morning air.
I had a hard time waking up this morning, but the ride felt very easy, relaxed and refreshing. I could have continued this for another hour. I might try to get up an hour or a half earlier sometime and see how it affects the ride.
My foot is much better, didn’t seem to be serious; felt a bit tired, but strong today. The last uphill block on Charles St which normally doesn’t bother me was tiring me out today after Druid Hill.
